First Plugin Workflow

How to move a Hytale plugin into the public catalog and docs.

1. Create a new plugin entry in Strapi.
2. Set its name, icon, version, and status.
3. Write the overview and add extra plugin pages if needed.
4. Publish and wait for the docs rebuild to complete.
